I'm running Windows 10 Pro on a desktop with an ethernet cable (not wi-fi) for connection to the internet. With the ethernet cable plugged in are you seeing the 2nd image? If so you need to reinstall both the network controller and wireless adapter software. And if you want to restore system to orginal factory settings, you need to keep tapping F8 rapidly the moment you start the system. and then select Repair your computer option.
